Jack Levis

Focused in retail investment property brokerage, property management, and advisory services, Jack has a long track record of building wealth through income producing properties for private capital and institutional clients. He has an entrepreneurial, innovative and strategic approach tailored to the goals and specific needs of each client.

Jack’s background includes over a decade of experience in brokerage at CBRE. He co-led the South Bay Investment Sales Team and represented clients in over $300,000,000 in transaction volume. He holds a BS in Policy, Planning, and Development with a focus in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California. He was on the tennis team at USC and continues to be an avid fan of the sport. Jack and his wife live an active lifestyle, enjoying paddle tennis, hiking, and time at the beach.

Matt Levis

Matt is an experienced retail and multifamily broker and property manager with a demonstrated history in the private capital space across various Los Angeles markets. Partnered with his brother Jack, their team has facilitated sales worth over $300,000,000 in value. In addition to their brokerage business, Wydown Partners specializes in repositioning retail and multifamily properties into stable assets and meticulously managing them as pride-of-ownership properties on behalf of their clients.

Prior to co-founding Wydown Partners, Matt was an accomplished multifamily broker at CBRE, where he spent eight years building his team’s investment sales platform and client base. He holds a BS in Business Administration with a focus in Real Estate Finance from the University of Southern California. When he’s not in the office, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife and young son and daughter, following his hometown St. Louis Cardinals, and playing golf.
